Play Readers will meet as usual on Tuesday, Dec. 8 at 7 pm at the Campus Theatre to read a play out loud. Last week, we read Beth Henley's Crimes of the Heart. This will be the last meeting of Play Readers in 2015. We will start meeting again on Jan. 5, 2016--and celebrate our tenth anniversary of play reading!
Playwrights of Denton will not meet in December, but we are scheduled to meet Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016, at 7 pm. If you're interested in having a play (or part of one) read, please email thedctteam@campustheatre.com as soon as possible.
We have sad news to pass on: Play Reader Dan Creson died this past Monday. There will be a visitation with his family on Sunday, Dec. 6, from 2-3:30 pm at the Coker Funeral Home in Sanger, 403 Pecan Street, 76266.
